I hate to shop. And when I say that, I mean I really hate to shop!
I work full-time, and I can’t bear to waste my precious time off elbowing my way through crowds at Target or my local mall. Standing in line? Definitely not my favorite thing to do.
Enter Amazon Prime!
I am a proud Amazon Prime member and use it for the majority of my online shopping.
I like to support my local businesses for unique items, but for everyday items like shampoo, conditioner, blow dryers, etc. I prefer to buy them on Amazon and avoid the hassle.

WHAT IS AMAZON PRIME?
Amazon Prime is a subscription service that gives members access to a variety of perks, such as:

- Access to Amazon Prime Video – we ditched our cable years ago and prefer Amazon Prime for all of our family’s TV and movie needs. The selection is excellent.

WHAT IS AMAZON PRIME DAY?
Amazon Prime Day is a 36-hour sales frenzy (think an online version of “Black Friday”). Amazon heavily discounts thousands of items to prices only seen once a year. It’s a great day to find deals, but you must be an Amazon Prime member to take advantage of these deals.
In 2023, Prime Day is July 11th and 12th.
Prime Day 2023 will officially begin at 12:01 a.m. PDT (6:01 a.m. EDT) on Tuesday, July 11. It will last a full 48 hours, ending at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12.

With hair and beauty items, you need to be a little more careful than you do with other items as sometimes counterfeit items are sold by unscrupulous sellers.
I have had to return one or two beloved and trusted cosmetics products because I could tell immediately that they were not the real product. Luckily, this doesn’t happen often.
