Just when your hair needs a boost (to hide yellowing). If you haven’t got any yellowing, there’s no need to use it. If you do have yellowing it, never use it more than once a week as purple shampoo can be drying.
My favorite everyday shampoos are either one of these: SEEN shampoo or BTWCo Daily Moisturizing Shampoo.
